Grove Mountain Partners has launched Team First Home Services, a new platform focused on plumbing, sewer, water and related residential services. The platform will pursue partnerships with regional home services businesses as part of a buy-and-build strategy in the plumbing sector.
Mike Bornhorst, who previously held leadership roles at ADT, Culligan, DirectBuy and Citrin, leads Team First as CEO.
As part of the platform launch, Team First has completed initial partnerships with Illinois-based Biagi Plumbing; Florida-based Mainline Plumbing AC & Electric; Pennsylvania-based Pronto Plumbing; and Texas-based Halls Rooter & Plumbing. Each company will continue operating in its local market while contributing to the platform’s expansion strategy focused on technician development, operational support, and customer service.
Grove Mountain Partners is headquartered in Atlanta and invests in middle-market home service and specialty business service companies with annual revenues between $15 million and $200 million. The firm focuses on long-term partnerships with founder- and operator-led businesses.
