Thompson Street Builds Pest Platform

PestCo Holdings, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners, has acquired Long Pest Control.

Founded in 1979 by Don Long, Long Pest Control provides recurring pest control programs, termite treatments, rodent management and inspection services used by homeowners, property managers and commercial customers. The company is led by CEO Jay Keating and is headquartered in Tacoma, Washington.

The buy of Long Pest Control follows Pestco’s add-on earlier this month of Bio-Tech Pest Control, a Texas-based provider of residential and commercial pest control services.
