Mesirow was the financial advisor to Wertheimer Box on its sale to SupplyOne, a portfolio company of New York City-based Revelar Capital.
Wertheimer Box is a Chicago-area corrugated packaging provider specializing in custom shipping boxes, branded packaging, e-commerce mailers, and specialty retail displays. The company was founded in 1939 and is headquartered in the Chicago suburb of McCook.
