BNP Group, a portfolio company of Godspeed Capital Management, a defense and government services investor, has acquired Airport Gurus, an airport ICT and operations planning consultancy. Airport Gurus marks BNP’s third add-on since the platform’s 2024 formation.
Airport operators and aviation authorities use Airport Gurus for ICT strategy, systems integration, and operations planning, including legacy-system modernization and smart-technology rollouts. Founded in 2013 by Benjamín Moreno Palacios and Jose Francisco Rabazo Fernandez, the firm is led by Moreno Palacios and is headquartered in Barcelona. Airport Gurus has delivered projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
