ATL Partners Forms Aviation Specialty Vehicle Equipment Platform

New York City-headquartered ATL Partners has acquired SkyMark Companies and Rampmaster to form a specialty vehicle equipment platform serving aviation and transportation-related end markets. The acquisitions represent the first investments from ATL’s third fund. SkyMark is a portfolio company of Sky Island Capital.

Founded in 2013, Kansas City-based SkyMark manufactures aircraft refueling trucks, hydrant dispensers, and specialty vehicles used by airports, government agencies, and industrial operators. Founded in 1968 by the Watkins family, Philadelphia-area-based Rampmaster produces modular aircraft refueler trucks and refueling systems used by commercial and general aviation customers.
