AEC Specialist EFCG Advises Olsson on its Sale to MSCP

Environmental Financial Consulting Group (EFCG) was the exclusive financial advisor to Olsson, a provider of infrastructure engineering design and consulting services, on its sale to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in December 2025.

Employee-owned and Nebraska-based Olsson, led by CEO Brad Strittmatter, was founded in 1956 and has more than 2,000 employees in 35 offices throughout the United States.

Founded in 1990, EFCG is a Denver-headquartered investment bank and management consultant that specializes in the architecture, engineering, and consulting (AEC) sector. Leading the Olsson transaction for EFCG was Managing Partner Jessica Zofnass Barclay, Director Trevor Casey, and SVP Emily Shaw.“It was an honor to work alongside Brad and the entire Olsson team throughout this engagement.
