ProSite Services, a platform company of RF Investment Partners (RFI), has closed three add-on acquisitions with the buys of Texas Throne, A&B Portable Toilets, and Parks Portable Toilets.

RFI formed ProSite Services in August 2024 with the acquisition of Rent-A-John, a North Carolina-based provider of portable sanitation equipment. In March 2025, it added on with the buy of Virginia-based Potter’s Potties. The three new acquisitions operate in the following territories: Texas Throne (Texas); A&B Portable Toilets (central North Carolina); and Parks Portable Toilets (eastern North Carolina).

With these acquisitions, ProSite Services now operates as a multi-regional provider of portable sanitation and temporary site services for construction, event, and emergency response customers. The company’s services include portable restrooms, executive restroom trailers, roll-off trash containers, handwashing stations, and temporary fencing. These services are used by general contractors, event planners, municipalities, and commercial clients requiring clean, reliable temporary infrastructure. ProSite Services is headquartered in New York City and is led by CEO Kevin O’Brien.

Texas Throne, founded in 2010 and based in Corpus Christi, Texas, anchors ProSite’s western reach and sets the stage for accelerated growth across Gulf Coast and Southeast markets. “We see enormous opportunities to build density organically throughout Texas and move strategically into the Gulf Coast area,” said Grant Hesseltine of Texas Throne, “This partnership allows us to preserve our local competitive advantages, while unlocking new avenues of development.”

The U.S. portable toilet rental industry generated approximately $3.4 billion in 2023 and is projected to grow to about $5.4 million by 2030, implying a compound annual growth rate of 6.9% over the forecast period, according to Grand View Research. Demand is driven by construction, outdoor events, and regulatory hygiene standards, while consolidation and operational scale are increasingly critical in a fragmented market.

“These acquisitions highlight the strength of our buy and build strategy and demonstrate how we are deliberately scaling ProSite into a market-leading platform,” said Pat Riggio, a managing director at RFI. “Welcoming three new partners at this specific time in the platform’s evolution establishes and complements a foundation for sustained growth, while underscoring RF’s commitment to building scaled platforms in essential services and supporting entrepreneurial operators who share our vision.”

RF Investment Partners invests between $10 million and $40 million in lower-middle-market software, healthcare services, and business services companies. Software companies generally have at least $5 million in annual recurring revenue, while healthcare and business services companies typically require at least $10 million in revenue and $2 million in EBITDA. The firm is led by co-founders and co-managing partners Peter Rothschild and Peter Fidler and operates offices in New York City, Chicago, and Charlotte.

Equity for the buys of Texas Throne, A&B Portable Toilets, and Parks Portable Toilets was sourced from RFI’s sixth fund, alongside significant rollover equity from the founders of ProSite Services and of the acquired businesses.
