Twin Bridge Capital Partners has added Megan Bogner to its team as a senior associate on the firm’s investor relations team.

Before joining Twin Bridge, Ms. Bogner was with New York City-headquartered Acalyx Advisors, a provider of advisory, private placement and investor relations services to private equity firms. Prior to Acalyx, she worked at Citigroup as an analyst in its private funds group and foreign exchange sales.

“We are tapping Megan’s expertise at just the right time, as we have significantly expanded our global investor base over the past few years,” said Matt Petronzio, a partner at Twin Bridge. “Megan has worked with some of the premier middle market firms through some of their most pivotal fund raises. She will make an excellent addition to our team as we continue to deploy capital across our strategies.”

Ms. Bogner has her undergraduate degree in finance from Tulane and is a member of the Women’s Association of Venture and Equity and Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy.

“I am excited to join this exceptional team during a period of significant growth for the firm,” said Ms. Bogner. “Twin Bridge is one of the leading investors in this area of the market and are known for their commitment to meeting the needs of limited partners. I look forward to helping the team build on that reputation.”

Twin Bridge makes investments in North American-based small, lower, and middle-market buyout funds and makes non-control co-investments with the funds that it sponsors. The firm’s Narrow Gate series invests in funds targeting less than $400 million and co-invests in portfolio companies with less than $100 million in enterprise value; the firm’s Pacific Street series invests in funds from $400 million to $2 billion and portfolio companies with enterprise values from $100 million to $500 million; and its Titan series invests in funds targeting more than $2 billion and portfolio companies with enterprise values from $400 million to $1 billion.

In June 2022, Twin Bridge closed its fifth flagship lower middle market fund, Pacific Street Fund V LP, with more than $880 million in capital commitments. Fund V was oversubscribed and exceeded its $800 million target. The firm’s most recent Narrow Gate fund, Twin Bridge Narrow Gate Fund LP, closed in March 2021 with $440 million in oversubscribed and above target capital; and its most recent Titan fund, Titan Fund LP, closed in April 2023 with $289 million in capital.

Since its founding in 2005, Twin Bridge has raised over $4 billion in capital and has invested in more than 200 funds and co-investments.
