Middle market Investment bank Harris Williams has added Martin Keck as a new managing director in the firm’s technology group. Mr. Keck will operate out of the firm’s Boston office.
Mr. Keck was most recently a managing director at Needham & Company and has nearly 20 years of advisory experience in the education technology, HR and talent technology, and non-profit software sectors.

Before Mr. Keck joined Needham in 2014, he held positions at Expedia, Bain & Company, and Silver Lake Partners. He has his undergraduate degree from Amherst and his MBA from Dartmouth.
