Blue Wolf Capital has hired Natalie Marjancik as a managing director, capital markets.
Prior to joining Blue Wolf, Ms. Marjancik was a managing director at Chicago-headquartered investment bank Lincoln International where she focused on capital and debt advisory. Over her 13-year career at Lincoln, Ms. Marjancik actively advised corporate clients and private equity firms on structuring and arranging debt financing across a range of industries.

Ms. Marjancik began her career as an associate at Shearman & Sterling, advising clients on domestic and cross-border capital raising transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestures, and joint ventures. She joined the firm following the completion of her J.D. at the Boston University School of Law. Ms. Marjancik later received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
New York City-based Blue Wolf invests from $25 million to $250 million of equity in companies that have at least $50 million of revenue and an enterprise value of $50 million to $500 million. Sectors of interest include healthcare, building products, energy services, manufacturing, distribution, and industrial.
