Investment bank Lincoln International has added Jeff Cleveland to its team as a new managing director.
Mr. Cleveland will be active in Lincoln’s global consumer group with a specific focus on transactions within the food and beverage sector.
Before joining Lincoln, Mr. Cleveland was with the Seattle office of investment bank D.A. Davidson for more than five years as a managing director where he founded and led the firm’s food, beverage and agriculture practice. Earlier in his career, he was with Seattle-based investment bank Zachary Scott from 2014 to 2016, and with Harris Williams from 2006 to 2014.
“We are pleased to have Jeff join the team to strengthen our offering in the food and beverage sector,” said Chris Stradling, a managing director and a co-head of Lincoln’s consumer group. “The food and beverage market is both dynamic and growing, driven by a variety of demographic trends and shifting consumer expectations. We are looking forward to Jeff’s leadership in supporting clients who want to capitalize on the momentum in the sector.”
Mr. Cleveland’s experience in the food and beverage, and broader consumer sectors, includes sell-side and buy-side assignments, initial public offerings, private placements, recapitalizations, fairness opinions and strategic advisory assignments.
“I am thrilled to join the Lincoln platform and its world-class consumer group,” said Mr. Cleveland. “Having spent the past 15-plus years advising companies across the global food and beverage supply chain, I have developed a deep appreciation for the dynamic nature of the industry. I look forward to leveraging my industry expertise and relationships to build on the strong momentum in our global consumer group. Lincoln’s uniquely collaborative culture provides the ideal foundation to deliver best-in-class service and results to leading businesses across the food value chain.”
