Duff & Phelps Adds Restructuring Pro

Duff & Phelps has hired Geoffrey Frankel as a managing director in its restructuring advisory, distressed M&A and special situations practice.

Mr. Frankel has nearly 30 years of experience in M&A, debt advisory, bankruptcy reorganizations and restructurings, operational turnarounds and bankruptcy litigation support services.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Frankel led the special situations and distressed M&A practice at Huron Consulting, Harris Williams and McDonald & Company (KeyBanc Capital Markets). Mr. Frankel began his career as a restructuring and bankruptcy lawyer at Skadden in New York City.

Mr. Frankel will be based in Duff & Phelps’ New York City office.
