“Skyway has a strong track record of advising high-quality middle-market companies and their owners on exits and recapitalizations with private equity firms,” said Mr. Warren. “I am excited to join Skyway’s M&A team and look forward to working closely with my partners to provide world-class M&A advice to our clients.”

Mr. Warren has more than 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience. Earlier in his career, he held positions with BB&T Capital Markets and Fifth Third Securities in their investment banking groups. Mr. Warren has completed more than 40 advisory assignments with a combined $2 billion in transaction value. He has his undergraduate degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.

“Patrick brings the proven track record of success Skyway needs as we continue to strengthen and expand our investment banking team,” said Marty Traber, chairman of Skyway Capital Markets. “His client relationships cultivated over many years in the industry will enhance our advisory services and ultimately our clients’ success in achieving their financial goals.  We are excited to welcome him to the firm.”
