Skyway Gets New Managing Director

Tampa-based investment bank Skyway Capital Markets has added a new managing director to its team with the hiring of Patrick Warren.

Mr. Warren will be based in Tampa and will be active sourcing and executing transaction advisory and other corporate finance assignments for the firm.

“Skyway has a strong track record of advising high-quality middle-market companies and their owners on exits and recapitalizations with private equity firms,” said Mr. Warren. “I am excited to join Skyway’s M&A team and look forward to working closely with my partners to provide world-class M&A advice to our clients.”

Mr. Warren has more than 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience. Earlier in his career, he held positions with BB&T Capital Markets and Fifth Third Securities in their investment banking groups. Mr. Warren has completed more than 40 advisory assignments with a combined $2 billion in transaction value. He has his undergraduate degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.
