Dubin Clark Closes First EMPI Add-On

EMPI, a portfolio company of Dubin Clark, has acquired 034Motorsport. This is the first add-on for EMPI since being acquired by Dubin Clark in October 2018.

034Motorsport is a provider of track-proven and street-friendly performance parts, tuning, and service upgrades for Audi and Volkswagen enthusiasts. The company’s in-stock factory replacement parts and aftermarket components are typically shipped within one business day.

034Motorsport was founded by President Javad Shadzi in 2005 and is headquartered in Fremont, California.

“034Motorsport and EMPI offer the ideal combination of a shared passion, philosophy and focus on innovation,” said Mr. Shadzi. “We are excited to join the EMPI family, while we will continue to focus on design, test and build of the latest in world-class performance products, complemented with a wide range of factory replacement parts and aftermarket components for Audi and Volkswagen vehicles.”
