General Atlantic has hired Justin Sunshine as a managing director in its New York office to focus on investments in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Sunshine comes to General Atlantic after ten years at Blackstone, in both its New York and London offices, where he most recently was a managing director in its private equity group focusing on healthcare investments. Mr. Sunshine began his career as a consultant with Accenture and has a BBA in finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
