Trinity Hunt Adds to IMS ExpertServices

IMS ExpertServices, a provider of expert witness services and a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, has acquired The Focal Point.

The Focal Point (TFP) is a provider of litigation consulting, including trial strategy and jury consulting; trial graphics and animation; and trial technology services. The company was founded in 1989 by Andrew Spingler and over its history has been involved in more than 5,000 civil and criminal cases. IMS ExpertServices, which was acquired by Trinity Hunt in November 2017, is a provider of expert witness search and placement services. Customers of IMS include three-quarters of the Fortune 100 and nearly all of the Am Law Top 100 law firms in the country.
