Altus Promotes Two

Altus Capital Partners has promoted Nick deMarco to principal and Joshua Tesoriero to vice president.

Mr. deMarco is now responsible for deal sourcing, strategic analysis, market research, underwriting, due diligence, closing new investments and assisting in managing existing portfolios. He joined Altus in 2016 from GE Capital where he was an assistant vice president. He began his career at GE Aircraft Engines where he had multiple roles in engineering, manufacturing, audit, and finance. Mr. deMarco has his MBA from Columbia and a BS in mechanical engineering from M.I.T.

Now a vice president, Mr. Tesoriero will be responsible for investment due diligence, underwriting, and portfolio company monitoring. He began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in a business strategy and analytics role. He has his MBA from Columbia University and an AB from Harvard University.

Altus invests in corporate divestitures, management-led buyouts, and privately held or family-owned businesses with manufacturing operations based primarily in the Midwest and Eastern regions of the United States. Target companies will have at least $5 million of EBITDA and an enterprise value from $30 million to $100 million. Both Mr. deMarco and Mr. Tesoriero are based in the firm’s Wilton office.
