Customers of the company include multi-unit residential communities, office parks, corporate facilities, restaurant chains, and retail centers throughout the greater Detroit area. Beauchamp was founded in 1992 by Jerrad Beauchamp and is headquartered in Brighton, MI (www.beauchamplawn.com).

At closing, David Santis was named the new CEO of Beauchamp. Mr. Santis joined Salt Creek Capital as an executive partner in 2016.  Earlier in his career, he was president of Autumn Harp, a lower middle market privately-owned company that develops and manufactures cosmetics and OTC products for select brands and specialty retailers. “I look forward to working with Jerrad and the team at Beauchamp to further the mission of providing our loyal customers with the highest quality service in our industry,” said Mr. Santis. “I appreciate the support from Salt Creek, who helped ensure a smooth transaction process and successful outcome for both parties.”

“I’m very pleased to have worked with Salt Creek Capital and David Santis on this transaction,” said Mr. Beauchamp. “Salt Creek has partnered with dozens of family-owned organizations, like Beauchamp, and brings capable management which will enable continued growth of our business for years to come.”

Salt Creek invests in executive-led buyouts of companies with up to $100 million in revenue and EBITDA from $750,000 to $5 million. Sectors of interest are varied making the firm nearly industry agnostic but areas of specific interest include manufacturing, business and consumer services, distribution, and franchisors. The firm is based in Menlo Park (www.saltcreekcap.com).

“Beauchamp is an exciting opportunity for us to build upon a platform with a long track record of success,” said Daniel Price, a vice president with Salt Creek Capital. “We look forward to working with David and supporting the company through its next phase of profitable growth.”

Beachwood, OH-based EdgePoint Capital (www.edgepoint.com) was the financial advisor to Beauchamp on this transaction.
