Charlesbank Capital Partners has added two new members to its team with the hirings of Hiren Mankodi as Managing Director and Camille DeLaite as Operating Partner, Talent.
Mr. Mankodi joins Charlesbank from Pamplona Capital where he co-led investing its $1 billion technology, media, and telecommunications fund which was raised in 2016. Earlier, he spent 12 years with Audax Group, most recently as Managing Director, heading investment activity in information technology, software and industrial technology companies. Mr. Mankodi has a BS in electrical engineering from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard.

Ms. DeLaite will lead talent development efforts across the Charlesbank portfolio. She joins the firm from Green Peak Partners, where she was a partner leading human capital and talent efforts, including helping private equity clients improve hiring outcomes and develop leadership strategies. Earlier, she spent time at The Boston Consulting Group and Lehman Brothers. Ms. DeLaite has a BA in economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard.
