Harvest Adds Mosquito Joe to Dwyer

Dwyer Group, a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, has acquired Mosquito Joe, a franchisor of mosquito control services. Harvest Partners acquired Dwyer Group from The Riverside Company in June 2018.

The acquisition of Mosquito Joe is the first add-on acquisition for Dwyer since being acquired by Harvest Partners. Mosquito Joe provides mosquito, tick and flea control treatment to residential and commercial customers nationwide. The company has 288 active territories across 34 states and the District of Columbia. Mosquito Joe is headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA (www.mosquitojoefranchise.com).
