Diversified Trust Closes Fund VI

Diversified Trust has held a final close of DTC Private Equity VI LP and DTC Private Equity VI-Q LP (together Fund VI) with combined capital commitments of $156 million. Fund VI is the largest fund closed to date for Diversified Trust and exceeded the target of $150 million.

Including Fund VI, the Diversified Trust private equity program consists of six funds and a total of $645 million in capital since the program’s inception in 2002. As with past funds, Fund VI will pursue investments using a multi-manager model with a target allocation of capital to approximately 20 to 25 private equity and venture capital fund managers across multiple vintage years.
