Inverness Graham Promotes Three

Inverness Graham, an investor in manufacturing, technology and services companies, has promoted Chris Frystock to Vice President; Matt Moran to Principal, Head of Business Development; and Sean Dougherty to Vice President, Executive Partnerships & Direct Sourcing.

Since joining Inverness Graham in 2011, Mr. Frystock has been responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions, and working with management teams post-acquisition.  Prior to joining Inverness Graham, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Boenning & Scattergood.

Mr. Moran joined Inverness Graham in 2010.  He is responsible for managing the business development function of the firm which includes sourcing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Inverness Graham, he was an Analyst at Laurel Capital Partners, a growth equity and micro-cap buyout firm.

In 2014, Mr. Dougherty joined Inverness Graham to manage the firm’s relationships with its industry executive partners, as well as to lead its direct investment sourcing effort.  Prior to joining Inverness Graham, he was an Assistant Vice President with FBR Capital Markets, a middle-market investment bank where he worked in institutional equity sales and trading.  Prior to FBR he was an Associate at UBS.

Inverness Graham manages $500 million in capital commitments and was formed by senior executives of the Graham Group, an industrial and investment concern with interests in plastics, packaging, recycling, building products and outsourced manufacturing.  Inverness Graham is based near Philadelphia in Newtown Square, PA (www.invernessgraham.com).
