Corridor Capital has added a new operating professional to its team with the addition of Rohit Bassi as a Managing Director. Mr. Bassi will focus on portfolio operations and strategy as well as acquisition diligence support.
Prior to joining Corridor, Mr. Rohit was the Head of Operations at AmperSand Biopharma. Earlier he was the Chief Operating Officer of the maintenance division of Valley Crest Companies, a landscape maintenance company backed by MSD Capital. Valley Crest was acquired by The Brickman Group, a KKR portfolio company, in June 2014. Mr. Rohit began his career as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles and as a Senior Mechanical Engineer with Beca Carter Hollings & Ferner in Auckland, New Zealand.
Mr. Bassi has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
Corridor Capital makes control investments of $3 million to $12 million in mid-market companies with EBITDAs of $2 million to $5 million.
