Inverness Graham Promotes Aliya Khaydarova

Inverness Graham, an investor in manufacturing, technology and services companies, has promoted Aliya Khaydarova to Principal.

“Over the past nine years, Aliya has played a key role across all aspects of the transaction spectrum – from due diligence through successful exits at AdvancedCath, RacoWireless, and Danville,” said Ken Graham, Founder and Senior Managing Principal at Inverness Graham.  “We’re proud to recognize Aliya’s drive, knowledge and significant accomplishments with this well-deserved promotion.

Since joining Inverness Graham in 2008, Ms. Khaydarova has been focused on sourcing new investment opportunities, leading due diligence, negotiating transactions, and working with management teams post-acquisition.  Prior to joining Inverness Graham, she was an associate at Philadelphia-based investment bank Mufson Howe Hunter & Company.  Ms. Khaydarova has a BA from Drexel University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

“Aliya has been instrumental to Inverness Graham’s success to date and we look forward to even greater contributions in her new role going forward,” added Mr. Graham.

Inverness Graham manages $500 million in capital commitments and was formed by senior executives of the Graham Group, an industrial and investment concern with interests in plastics, packaging, recycling, building products and outsourced manufacturing.  Inverness Graham is based near Philadelphia in Newtown Square, PA (www.invernessgraham.com).
