High Road Capital Partners has promoted Dan Gaspar to Partner, Scott Rubino to Principal, and Matt Hadley to Associate, Business Development.

Mr. Gaspar joined High Road in 2011 as a Vice President. He serves on the boards of directors of The Crown Group, York Wallcoverings, General Tools & Instruments, and Advanced Sleep Medicine Services. He previously served on the boards of directors of Handi Quilter and PANOS brands. He has completed four platform acquisitions, four add-on acquisitions, and three exits at High Road. Mr. Gaspar received a BS in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Rubino joined High Road in 2014 as a Vice President. He serves on the boards of directors of Cali Bamboo, Celco Controls, Bluespire, and Guidemark Health. He has completed one platform acquisition, two add-on acquisitions, and one exit at High Road. Mr. Rubino received a BBA with a concentration in finance from Emory University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hadley joined High Road in 2016 as an Analyst in Business Development. He received a BS degree from Bucknell University.
