Prospect Partners has promoted Brett Holcomb and Brad O’Dell to Principal. Both Mr. Holcomb and Mr. O’Dell joined Prospect Partners as Vice Presidents in 2009.

Messrs. Holcomb and Mr. O’Dell have been active at Prospect in analyzing and developing investment opportunities, structuring transactions, overseeing due diligence, closing transactions, and portfolio management.
Prior to Prospect Partners, Mr. Holcomb was an Associate in the Chicago office of American Capital. Before that, he was an Analyst with investment banking firm Bear Stearns. He has a BA in Economics and International Studies from Kenyon College and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Before joining Prospect, Mr. O’Dell was a Vice President at Silver Oak Services Partners. Earlier, he worked as an Associate at Willis Stein & Partners and as an Analyst at Harris Williams. Mr. O’Dell has a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Northwestern University.
