Cyber Security Pro Joins JMP

jmp nf1Investment bank JMP Group has hired Don More as a managing director to lead the firm’s cyber security sector. Mr. More will be based in JMP’s New York office.

“Don has built one of the premier cyber security M&A practices on Wall Street,” said Carter Mack, president of JMP Group. “At JMP he will be able to leverage that practice across the firm’s broader set of products and relationships, offering clients both strategic advisory and capital markets solutions.

don more nf1Prior to joining JMP, Mr. More was a managing director at Signal Hill where he led the cyber security mergers and acquisitions and private financing practice. Mr. More was previously a managing director at Updata Capital concentrating on cyber security and Internet commerce. Mr. More holds a JD from Columbia and a BA from Yale University.
