Roundtrip for John Bozalis and ORIX

John Bozalis has rejoined ORIX Leveraged Finance as a Managing Director in the firm’s Dallas office. Mr. Bozalis is responsible for originating and executing senior secured, unitranche and second lien/junior capital investments to back the activities of middle-market private equity firms. Mr. Bozalis previously worked for ORIX from 2003 to 2009.

Prior to rejoining ORIX he was a Senior Vice President at BBVA Compass, a southwestern US based commercial bank owned by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria.
