William Kuntz Joins Peak Rock

peak rock nf1Peak Rock Capital has hired William Kuntz as a Principal. He will work with Peak Rock’s senior investment team in the technology and tech-enabled services segment.

“We are seeing an increasing number of compelling opportunities within our investment criteria and we are continuing to add highly talented investment professionals to our team,” said Anthony DiSimone, Chief Executive Officer of Peak Rock.  “Will has outstanding experience investing in technology and tech-enabled services, and we are very pleased to add his capabilities and skillset to our efforts.”

william kuntz nf1Mr. Kuntz was most recently a Principal at Housatonic Partners, where he led investments in technology businesses, including the software, digital media and technology-enabled services sectors. Prior to Housatonic, Mr. Kuntz was a Vice President at Vance Street Capital and an Associate with Internet Capital Group and Summit Partners.  He has a master’s degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in English from Stanford University.

Peak Rock makes debt and equity investments of $20 million to $150 million in middle market companies with revenues from $50 million to $1 billion and enterprise values from $25 million to $500 million. Sectors of interest include business and commercial services; consumer; distribution and logistics; energy and related services; healthcare; industrials; manufacturing, metals, and media.

Peak Rock’s investment strategy is to acquire middle-market companies where it can work with senior management to drive growth and profit improvement through operational and strategic change.
