Vista Equity Partners Invests in Vivid Seats

vivid seats nf2Vista Equity Partners has made a growth equity investment in Vivid Seats, a secondary ticket marketplace for live sports, concerts and theater events.

According to Vista, Vivid Seats is well positioned within the growing secondary ticket exchange market. The company offers an easy-to-use online interface and dedicated mobile apps, giving customers a safe and convenient way to purchase tickets to events at any time. Vivid Seats was founded in 2001 and is based in Chicago (www.vividseats.com).
