ORIX USA has expanded its mezzanine and private equity team with the hiring of Brian Kerr as a Director. He will be based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
In his new role, Mr. Kerr will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships primarily in the Midwest and eastern half of the US. In addition, he will assist in underwriting investment opportunities, as well as with portfolio company management.

Mr. Kerr has more than 19 years of financial industry experience and prior to joining ORIX was a Managing Director with Cornerstone Capital. He has also held positions with Penn Mezzanine and Stifel Investment Banking. Mr. Kerr has a BS degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from Duke University.
