Blue Sage Adds New Associate

Austin, Texas-based Blue Sage Capital has added a new Associate to its investment team with the hiring of Hunter Todd.  Mr. Todd will be active in evaluating, structuring, and financial modeling of investment opportunities. He will also assist with due diligence.

Prior to Blue Sage, Mr. Todd worked as an analyst in the consumer and retail investment banking group at J.P. Morgan where he was involved in a number of mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions.  Mr. Todd earned a BBA and a MPA (Master of Professional Accounting) from the University of Texas.

Blue Sage Capital specializes in growth, recapitalization and buyout financings of smaller middle-market companies based in Texas and the Southwest. Most of Blue Sage’s investments are in established, profitable companies with $25 million to $100 million of revenue and $5 million to $10 million of cash flow.
