Pritzker Group Private Capital has re-hired former Senior Associate Sean Gillis as a vice president. Mr. Gillis spent three years as an associate and senior associate for Pritzker before leaving the firm last year to pursue his MBA at Northwestern University.
Mr. Gillis is based in Chicago and is responsible for sourcing and closing investments that meet the firm’s investment criteria. Additionally, he will work with the management teams of Pritzker’s portfolio companies.

Before his time at Pritzker, Mr. Gillis was as an analyst in retail and consumer products investment banking at Credit Suisse Securities and as an analyst in industrial growth and services investment banking at Oppenheimer & Co. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina.
