Constitution Capital Partners has held a final close of its latest fund, Ironsides III Private Equity Partnership/Co-Investment Fund, LP, with $823 million in capital commitments.
Constitution Capital Partners makes fund investments and direct investments in North America-based small to mid-cap opportunities. The firm’s limited partners are largely institutional investors, family offices and high net worth investors from the US, UK, Europe, South America and Asia. The firm is led by its founders Daniel Cahill and John Guinee and is headquartered in Boston (www.concp.com).

As with its predecessor fund, Ironsides III will focus on investments in private equity funds with $200 million to $1.5 billion in commitments and direct co-investments that have enterprise values between $100 million and $1 billion. To date, Ironsides III has completed seven direct co-investments and three fund investments.
