Michael Milani Joins Baker Tilly

baker tilly nf1Financial services firm Baker Tilly Virchow Krause has hired Michael Milani as principal and managing director of Baker Tilly Capital, LLC.  Mr. Milani will be responsible for leading Baker Tilly’s mergers and acquisitions efforts and he will be based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters.

Michael Milani nf1Mr. Milani has an extensive background in corporate finance.  Previously he was the Senior Managing Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance group from 1994 to 2014.  Mr. Milani’s experience includes domestic and cross-border transaction and advisory experience, including mergers and acquisitions and capital sourcing. He has specific sector experience in agribusiness, food and beverage, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, private equity and retail.  Mr. Milani has also sourced, structured and negotiated recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts and offerings of debt, mezzanine and public and private equity.
