Trilantic North America has promoted Glenn Jacobson, Jeremy Lynch, James Manges, Li Zhang, and Elliot Attie to Partners of the firm. These five join Chairman and Managing Partner Charlie Ayres, President and Managing Partner Danny James, Managing Partners Chris Manning and Jon Mattson, and Partner Charles Moore, as the expanded leadership team of Trilantic.

Trilantic Capital Partners makes control and significant minority investments in North America and European companies that have enterprise values of $100 million to $1 billion. Sectors of interest include business services, consumer, energy, financial services and media & telecommunications sectors. Trilantic currently manages four institutional private equity funds with aggregate capital commitments of $5.6 billion. The firm is based in New York (www.trilantic.com). Trilantic was formed in 2009 by the former principals of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking.
Mr. Jacobson primarily focuses on investments in the energy sector. He joined Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB) in 2005. Mr. Lynch’s primary focus is on investments in the business and financial services sectors. He re-joined LBMB in 2005, having previously worked as an Analyst and Associate at LBMB from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Manges joined LBMB as a Principal in 2008 and his primary focus is on investments in the consumer sector. Ms. Zhang primary focus is on investments in the business services sector. She joined LBMB in 2000. Mr. Attie is the Chief Financial Officer of Trilantic North America. He joined LBMB in 2008.
