Tom Malone has joined investment bank CEA Capital Advisors as its newest Senior Managing Director. Mr. Malone, who will be based in New York, will focus on the acquisition and divestiture advisory business as well as the capital raising business for companies in the technology, media and telecommunications industries.
Mr. Malone was most recently a Managing Director at Waller Capital Partners where he advised on transactions in the cable, TV broadcasting, newspaper publishing and telecommunications industries. He was also Group Head of the Private Capital Group. Prior to Waller Capital, Mr. Malone served as Head of Private Placements at RBC Capital Markets/Daniels & Associates. Mr. Malone earned his BBA in Business from St. John’s University and his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

CEA Capital Advisors specializes in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. For example, in the private equity sector, CEA advised Three Eagles Communications, a portfolio company of Pamlico Capital and Primus Capital, on its sale to Digity Media for $66.5 million in October 2014.
