Healthcare Specialist Ravi Sachdev Joins CD&R

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) has added the former Managing Director for Healthcare Coverage and Co-Head of Healthcare Services at J.P. Morgan to its team with the hiring of Ravi Sachdev as the firm’s newest partner.

ravi sacde nf1Mr. Sachdev brings to CD&R extensive expertise in healthcare-related strategic advisory, M&A and capital markets, developed over his more than 16 years working with senior healthcare company executives.  “CD&R has a strong track record in healthcare investing, a set of shared values that are consistent with my own, a shared vision for the direction of healthcare and the opportunities that will create, and a distinctive combination of investment judgment and operating capabilities,” said Mr. Sachdev.  “I look forward to helping the team capture compelling investment opportunities as we navigate the massive structural transition underway in healthcare today.”

Mr. Sachdev was recently named to Institutional Investor‘s Top Ten Rainmakers and Investment Dealer‘s Digest 40 Under 40 lists. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
