Grant Thornton has named Jeff Bradford as the office managing partner of its Wisconsin practice effective August 1, 2015. Mr. Bradford, a partner in Grant Thornton’s national Transaction Advisory Services practice, will succeed Jeff Robinson upon his retirement from the firm.
In his new role as office managing partner, Mr. Bradford will oversee marketplace growth and talent development for the firm’s Wisconsin market, including its offices in Milwaukee, Madison and Appleton. Since joining Grant Thornton in 2002, Mr. Bradford has served as the lead partner on multiple national and international engagements. He has an extensive background in providing merger and acquisition advisory services to both corporate and private equity deal makers.
“Jeff brings a combination of proven leadership skills, vast knowledge and a strong understanding of our dynamic clients’ needs throughout the Wisconsin marketplace,” said Vince Tomkinson, Grant Thornton’s Midwest managing partner. “He will be integral in building upon the momentum that Jeff Robinson and the audit, tax and consulting teams established for the firm’s Wisconsin practice during the past four years.”
Mr. Bradford is a certified public accountant in Wisconsin and Texas. He is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and the Wisconsin Association for Corporate Growth. He received a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas.
