Babson Capital Management has made an investment in Money Mailer, an affiliate of Madison Industries. Proceeds from the sale of preferred stock to Babson will be used to provide liquidity to Money Mailer shareholders and to provide additional capital to support the growth of the company.
Money Mailer is a provider of hyperlocal direct marketing services offering consumers coupons and discounts to local merchants as well as national advertisers. The company operates a network of 180 franchisees and 92 company-owned territories across the US. Money Mailer was founded in 1979 and is headquartered near Los Angeles in Garden Grove, CA (www.moneymailer.com).
