Baird Capital has added Scott Hoffman to its team as a new Operating Partner. Mr. Hoffman will pursue new investment opportunities as well as help build value within the firm’s existing portfolio companies.

Mr. Hoffman has thirty years of experience in the global manufacturing sector. He most recently served at Brady Corporation as the President of Global Workplace Safety. Prior to this position, he held several executive management roles at the company including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Global Power and Communications and Global Die Cut Operations, Senior Vice President-Americas, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
