Peak Rock Capital has invested in Highline Produce, a Canadian producer and distributor of mushrooms.

Highline Produce is a producer and distributor of mushrooms. The company operates four production facilities and a distribution center, where it produces, packages, and distributes varieties of fresh white, mini bella, portobella, and exotic mushrooms for the retail and food service end markets. Highline was founded in 1961 and today is one of the largest mushroom growers in Canada. The company is headquartered south of Windsor in Leamington, Ontario (www.highlinemushrooms.com).
