TCF Capital Backs Dubin Clark’s Restoration Parts Group              

tcf nfTCF Capital Funding has provided the financing to support the refinancing of Restoration Parts Group, a portfolio company of Dubin Clark, and its July 2014 acquisition of The Right Stuff Detailing.

Restoration Parts is a platform company owned by Dubin Clark to aggregate manufacturers of classic automotive restoration parts and accessories.  Restoration Parts and owns four automotive restoration brands: Trim Parts, Parts Unlimited Interiors, SoffSeal, and The Right Stuff Detailing.  Together these brands manufacture and distribute classic automotive restoration parts and accessories, including custom molded carpet, emblems, lenses, trim, door handles, seats & seat covers, weatherstripping, disc brake conversions, brake lines, and fuel lines.  Restoration Parts is the largest General Motors-licensed restoration parts manufacturer and holds licenses with both General Motors and Chrysler.  The company is headquartered near Cincinnati in Lebanon, OH.
