Private Equity Attorney Joins Weil in Dallas

weil nf1John Quattrocchi has rejoined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. He will be based in the firm’s Dallas office.

John Quattrocchi nf1Mr. Quattrocchi, 44, who was most recently a partner in the Dallas office of Dentons US, advises clients on a range of complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, including cross-border transactions, and has experience in a number of sectors, including hospitality, telecommunications, energy, automotive and healthcare, among others. He also provides advice on general corporate matters and corporate governance issues.
