Kristin Lee has joined the NewSpring Capital team as a Principal of NewSpring Mezzanine Capital, the mezzanine lending arm of NewSpring Capital. Ms. Lee will be based in the firm’s newly opened offices in Chicago.
Ms. Lee has over 15 years of lower middle-market experience. Prior to NewSpring, she was a Director at Midwest Mezzanine Funds where she was responsible for structuring, underwriting, and managing subordinated debt and equity investments in lower middle-market companies across a range of industries. Ms. Lee began her career with Houlihan Lokey where she was involved in mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy restructurings and financial advisory engagements. She earned her MBA Northwestern University and has a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
