Sam Wright Joins CBIZ/MHM as Director in Transaction Advisory Services Group

sam wright nf1CBIZ and Mayer Hoffman McCann (MHM), a top ten provider of accounting services, has added Sam Wright to its team as a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services Group for the Private Equity Practice in New York.  Mr. Wright will have both client- and market-facing responsibilities, assisting with the expansion of the firm’s footprint in New York.

Mr. Wright has more than 20 years of transaction and audit experience in both domestic and international markets, focusing on buy-side and sell-side due diligence for middle-market private equity firms.  Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wright was a partner and started a transaction advisory services practice at Dixon Hughes Goodman, a top 25 accounting firm, where he worked with private equity groups and strategic corporate buyers throughout the country. Mr. Wright holds a BS from Bucknell University and earned his MBA from New York University.
