Ridgemont Equity Partners has promoted Seth Peck to Vice President and has added three new investment professionals to its team. Charles Anderson and Ben Hosler join the Charlotte office as Vice President and Associate, respectively, and Mark Pollak joins the Dallas office as an Associate.
“Seth has been a valued member of our telecom/media/tech team since Ridgemont’s inception as an independent firm in August 2010. His extensive knowledge of our subsectors as well as his ongoing contribution to our existing portfolio companies is important to the continued success of our TMT practice,” said George Morgan, Partner at Ridgemont.
Mr. Peck focuses on investments in the telecom/media/tech industry. He is on the board of directors of Simpleview and a board observer of Unite Private Networks. Prior to joining Ridgemont in 2010, he worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory assignments and capital markets transactions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Peck graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Prior to joining Ridgemont, Mr. Anderson was a Vice President at Crestview Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, where he evaluated and executed investments in basic industries and services, healthcare and energy sectors. He began his career as an analyst at JPMorgan Securities. Mr. Anderson earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from Washington and Lee University.
Ben Hosler will focus on investments across a range of industries. Prior to joining Ridgemont, he worked as a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Hosler has a BS in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
Mark Pollak will primarily focus on investments in the telecommunications/media/technology space. Prior to joining Ridgemont, he worked as an analyst in the technology investment banking group at William Blair, where he worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory assignments and capital markets transactions in the application software, Internet, and telecommunications sectors. He graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics.
