James Kuncl Promoted to SVP at TCF Capital Funding

tcf nfTCF Capital Funding has promoted James Kuncl to Senior Vice President.  Since joining TCF Capital Funding in March 2012, Mr. Kuncl has been instrumental in building private equity client relationships, structuring transactions, and leading the underwriting process.

James Kuncl NF1Prior to joining TCF Capital Funding, Mr. Kuncl held Vice President roles with both MFC Capital Funding and GE, and was a Credit Officer at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi. He began his career at Fifth Third Bank in their Structured Finance Group. Mr. Kuncl is a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his MBA from Northwestern University.

In addition, TCF Capital Funding announced the hiring of Scott Nielsen, Karim Hooda, Mike Trojanowski, Joe Horwath, and Kristin Montgomery.  Mr. Nielsen focuses on new business development.  Mr. Hooda, Mr. Horwath, and Mr. Trojanowski focus on structuring and underwriting new investments as well as engaging in portfolio management.  Ms. Montgomery joins the operations team as a collateral analyst.
