MW Industries, a provider of springs, specialty fasteners, machined parts, and other precision components, announced today the acquisition of Hi-Performance Fastening Systems, a manufacturer of products for the appliance, automotive, communication, housing and other assorted markets.
Hi-Performance Fastening Systems products include cold headed fasteners, thread forming screws, and pre-assembled screw and washer combinations known as “SEMS.” The company was founded 1989 and headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Bensenville (www.callhpfs.com).
