The Transaction Advisory and Litigation Support (TALS) practice at Brown Smith Wallace, a provider of valuation, dispute advisory and corporate finance services, has hired added two members to its team with the hirings of Bryan Graiff and Dan Schoenleber.
“Bryan’s client-side financial and operational senior management experience strengthens our services in the areas of restructuring/bankruptcy consulting, CFO and business advisory as well as merger & acquisition due diligence,” said Donna Beck Smith, Partner in Charge, Transaction Advisory and Litigation Support. “Dan’s expertise on the accounting for and auditing of business combinations is also a great benefit for our clients.”
With the addition of Bryan Graiff, Principal, TALS clients will benefit from Mr. Graiff’s experience with IPOs, business sales, acquisitions and bankruptcies. Mr. Graiff, who joined Brown Smith Wallace in December 2013, has more than 20 years of financial and operational C-Level experience in public and private companies. He has worked with a variety of industries, including public accounting, financial services, aerospace, consumer products, chemical manufacturing, professional manpower services and multi-channel healthcare retail. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
Dan Schoenleber, Manager, also brings a diverse skill set to TALS. As part of this group, Mr. Schoenleber assists clients through mergers and acquisitions, performs business valuations, fraud and forensic accounting, and litigation support engagements for clients in various industries. Mr. Schoenleber is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
